The condition is good. No Rips and Tears. Very minor odd marks to fabric I can't really see any. The Wood Frame Legs do have marks and scratches all quite minor but this is common and should be expected with a used item of this nature 
Approx size is seat height 46cms seat width 45cms and seat depth to backrest is 45cms
